Do you get any display at all? Even the system bootup display? If not you may have 2 graphics cards and have the monitor attatched to the wrong one. If you get this display but no bootup screen or logon screen then boot to recovery root console (ESC when grub loads -> select recovery mode, then select root). You can then run:

dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg; shutdown -r now

You will now be using failsafe drivers.

Are you sure you don't have any graphic card? I cannot figure it out, or are you running a server? or a desktop?
if you are running a desktop PC you should, you must have a graphic card, even an integrated one.
How long is it that you have this problem? may be you did not plugged your monitor signal cable to your PC's rear panel.
Just for a case, take a look to your PC's back, and see if everything is in their correct position and try to turn on your PC again.
