X Error: BadDevice

Asked by wmlooi

Hi,

I have downloaded the latest .deb package Gambas "gambas_1.49.462-2_i386.deb" from http://encryptec.net/software/gambas-packages and installed it. The installation was smooth, no single error until complete. Then I type gambas2 in terminal and the below errors showed. But, I still can used it. Could somebody pls tell me what is that? And, how to fix it. I have no idea.
Thanks.

Its a "normal" error, your x server configuration file has included, by default, the configuration for a wacom tablet. Since you don't have it you get this error.
Its harmless, but if you are annoyed by it, you can get rid of it by manually editing your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file.
