Only Intel Graphic Card

Hi @ll,

I want to enable the Intel Graphic Card only on Ubuntu 8.10.

I've followed and read nearly all links on this site and still don't know how to get working the Intel card only.

I'm running an x64 version of Ubuntu, can't execute the .deb with the compiled kernel.

Can anyone help me please?

Are you sure that you need to install anything? In my setup, the Intel graphic card (Mobile Intel 945 Express) just works out of the box with 8.10 (and it worked out of the box with 8.04 and 7.10 too as far as I can rememeber.)

Can you help with this problem?
