audio problem

if audio is working everywhere else, can you check the audio settings in xine to make sure its using the correct audio output method ilke ALSA or Pulseaudio

Also right-click on the speaker icon by the clock and "Open Volume Control", click on the "Preferences" button and add in a few channels at a time to see if any relevant ones are muted or too low.

should i just change the audio output ALSA

i can hear a audio in one video and when i look up its properties it has information about its audio, but my music videos don't

Yes try Alsa but switch it back to Pulse Audio if it doesnt help :)
