Cursor shape and cursor blink configuation

Hi,

Would it be possible to include both cursor shape and cursor blink configuation options in the preferences screen?

Currently, the only way to configure these, is to edit ~/.config/xfce4/terminal/terminalrc and change the corresponding MiscCursorBlinks and MiscCursorShape settings.

Including them in the prefences screen would be greatly appreciated.
(I'm not a GTK/Glade developer, else I would definitely have contributed a patch)
