Ubuntu 9.10 adding Dial-up manually
I have been reading the Ubuntu documentation and either I find older versions that don't apply or a single package to download and install getting dependencies errors. So I go back and download the additional packages needed only to find more dependencies needed. errr My Linux computer can not get online and I cant network it to my windows PC that only has dial-up. So far I have had to DL gnome.ppp, WvDial, Libuniconf4.4, Libxplc0.3.13. Probably a few more if take the time to look. The only good news is that I have the correct modem driver installed for my Conexant HSF modem from Linuxant.com.
My goal would be to find one package that has all the dependencies included in one COMPLETE PACKAGE.
