WinE is an emulator. It let you execute win32 executable files on a Linux OS. For more information, visit their page:

Wine is a Windows Api emulation. This is the About of WineHq Web Site:

Wine lets you run Windows software on other operating systems. With Wine, you can install and run these applications just like you would in Windows.

Wine is still under active development. Not every program works yet, however there are already several million people using Wine to run their software.

From this, you can install wine (sudo apt-get install wine) and incoming via the icon that will be created by the installer, you'll be able to use the exe files just like in windows, but not all works! Here you can find more info: http://www.winehq.org/.

Let me know. Thanks many.
