libwebkit2gtk-4.0 xenial-main upstream version is not up to date in packages.ubuntu.com, why is that?

In packages.ubuntu.com:
libwebkit2gtk-4.0 xenial and xenial-updates both show version 2.20.3-0ubuntu0.16.04.1.

See: https://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev

whereas launchpad shows that it is 2.20.5-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

Am I looking at the correct place?
How long does it take to update the official package version in packages.ubuntu.com?

apt-get update && apt-get install -y libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev=2.20.3-0* fails because the upstream version has been bumped to 2.20.5-* apparently.

Following are the conntents of my
/etc/apt/sources.list:

Probably a timing problem. 2.20.5-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 was published five hours ago and packages.ubuntu.com is not always immediately updated.

You better trust launchpad over packages.ubuntu.com.

Meanwhile also packages.ubuntu.com shows 2.20.5-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
