vsFTPD setup in Ubuntu 9.04

I'm trying to setup vsFTPD in Ubuntu 9.04 for 5 clients each accessing 5 different folders . How is this done? I have checked similar questions on-line but none provided exact answer to my vsFTPD configuration. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You wont find a exact answer how to just configure it they way you want to.
I*d suggest you read the vsftpd manual.

And the vsFTPD configuration wont differ much (or any at all) from other linux distributions.

Thanks Appiah for your response. However which article you would suggest re vsFTPD...Since they are so many of them on the web that neither addressed my vsFTPD configuration needs.
