I want to assign create mask to ftp user just like in Saba in oder to make files readable and executable after copy form ftp in windows. Thanks for any help.

I want to assign create mask to ftp user just like in Saba in oder to make files readable and executable after copy form ftp in windows. Thanks for any help. Now I have to assign attributes manualy.
