How to get /install VLC player(manual download ) to Ubuntu 9.10

Hi all,

I have no internet connection in my home , so i need to download the set up of VLC player manually from internet cafe and need to install into my machine with Ubuntu 9.10. I tried for that , but i havne't got the same.

Can any one help on this for getting the VLC set up ?

via a .deb with all depend==> : http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/vlc
choose on the bottom for 64bit or 32 bit versions.
