Already told in comment #5 in https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/virtualbox/+question/694025

The virtualbox.org servers provide the newest version also in *.deb format.
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads
You can try installing that version.
Note: This is a foreign source, no warranty can be given.

If you want to request an update of the version of virtualbox in Ubuntu focal (or other Ubuntu releases), please create a bug report, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates or https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBackports for details.

One simple question, why are you always telling me about the official version and dont spend the time in compiling the new version and made it avalaible for all the people which could need it ?
I suppose theres no need of big team or efforts to release a new version, once you know that a new version is relaeased.
Just a question dont think i dont value your job and effort.

Thanks

If you want to ask for building an updated package on Ubuntu, then please see the last paragraph in my comment #3

Can you help with this problem?
