uninstall ubuntu from virtualbox

i want to remove ubuntu from my virtual box. Please can any one give solution for this. I can not get answer forom anywhere.

In virtualbox you can click the icon you start it with and hit remove. You will also want to delete the disks which make up the VM in disk management
