I will try a ppa purge maybe today, I guess there is a big problem with some libraries inside xorg ppa

Solved for me too. I was having the same (it seems) problem when I tried to run Quodlibet after the most recent upgrade. I also have the xorg-edgers ppa and am running Oneiric. Running Quodlibet from the command line produced the following:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/
main()
File "/usr/bin/
library=
File "/usr/lib/
_gtk_init(icon)
File "/usr/lib/
import gtk
File "/usr/lib/
try: return old_import(module, *args, **kwargs)
File "/usr/lib/
from gtk import _gtk
File "/usr/lib/
try: return old_import(module, *args, **kwargs)
ImportError: /usr/lib/
Adding oibaf's ppa that gururise mentioned and upgrading solved the problem for me.
