After upgrading to 3.2.0 from lucid-backports, I don't see the menu bar in VM Window

Details: Ubuntu 10.04 x86
virtualbox-ose, virtualbox-ose-dkms, virtualbox-ose-qt: 3.2.0-dfsg-1ubuntu1~lucid1
virtualbox-guest-additions: 3.2.0-dfsg-1ubuntu1~lucid1
After upgrading to these versions from lucid-backports, I don't see menu bar in WM windows (Screenshot: http://www.virtualbox.org/attachment/ticket/6671/classic-gnome.png). But the menu in main Virtualbox window is displayed correctly.
Is it only my problem or should I file a bug?

The solution:
* Add repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/beta
* Run update-manager
Your Qt will be updated to the latest 4.7 beta.
