Can virt-manager 1.2.1 be included in Xenial?

virt-manager 1.2.1 is in testing at Debian, yet Xenial was just opened still containing 1.0.1.
Will a new sync from Debian be taken?

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then it will be updated sooner
