Accessing safeboot encrypted windows files through live cd

Hi, where I work we often encounter situation where safeboot is working fine but windows is corrupted.

To repair windows we have to decrypt safeboot which takes upto 3 hours and then attempt to repair windows.

Our clients have to wait till the job is done to get their data back.

What I wanted to know is, is it possible to use live cd after entering safeboot password so that we can mount windows drive and get the data without going through decryption process?
