my usb dvb tv stick not working on linux with lsusb say
Bus 002 Device 005: ID 1f4d:a803 G-Tek Electronics Group
with dmegs say

and my system is
ubuntu 12.10 64b

i am newbie what i can do for setting my tv card so i need help or is any drive working with my card

There is a way to get the device working, but it includes to replace the kernel with a newer version and compile the driver yourself. I can not recommend that for a "newbie" user. Do you have someone who has more experience in Ubuntu or Linux in general and might be able to assist you?

i correct with downgrade on ubuntu 12.04 and load the driver for my card and the kaffeine and work thanks anyway
