all the data was formated while instaling the ubuntu.how can i retrive those data plz help me it iz important for me.

Using your backups will be the most assured way of retrieving your data.

If you don't have any backups then you almost certainly can't get any of it back sorry.

You may be able to get some back using foremost in a live CD. I hope you have backups. Foremost is good but it is far from perfect
