how to eject open the dvd drive

Hello
I recently install latest version of Ubuntu on my MSI GE620DX laptop
everything is correct but i have a little problem
my laptop need a program for opening the DVD-DRIVE and that program is S-BAR
Iam using this program in my windows but there is no version of it for ubuntu
is there any other program which do this work for me?

sudo eject /dev/sr0

will probably do it.
