ubuntu upgrade from 11.04 of 12.04

Dear sir,
 I installed (side-by- side) Ubuntu 11.04 on already installed Win 7 Operating System on same machine , after some days I try to upgrade ubuntu from 11.04 to 12.04 and successfully upgrade in meanwhile i restarted my machine and multiple Booting options (winows7, ubuntu 11.04, ubuntu 12.04 etc ) have populated.

Actually I want to only two booting options (win7 and ubuntu12.04) instead of multiple booting options.

You will need to upgrade to 11.10, then to 12.04. This will take a long time and a lot of data. I recommend you clean install Precise after a full backup and wiping out Natty.
