Upgrade option to 11.10 not available on 10.10

Hi,

I want to upgrade my Ubuntu 10.10 to latest 11.10 version.

When I go to Update Manager, I only get 11.04 as an upgrade option.

I pressed on "Check" button, but no luck.

Could you please help?

That is normal.

If you choose the upgrade route, you have to upgrade to 11.04 and THEN to 11.10.

Or you can perform a clean install of Ubuntu 11.10.

You need to upgrade to Natty first, you can the upgrade to Oneiric. It is not supported or advised to leapfrog releases.
