Well it looks like a typo in that line. Notice that you have "ubtuntu"
instead of "ubuntu". This particular line is found in
/etc/apt/sources.list or possibly in a file in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/.

Open Update-Manager, then Preferences, Repository and check how is spelled wine PPA.
