ubuntu 10.04 netbook edition how to install uninstall adobe flash

while i am installing adobe flash, i was freeze so i restart the computer. it seems adobe flash isnt completely installed. i receiving a error message everytime i try to reinstall the adobe flash or uninstall flash. plz help. thanks
