unixodbc package

no symbolic link for libodbcinst.so.1.0.0

Hello,

I noticed that this package doesn't contain a symbolic link to libodbcinst.so.1.0.0 . The unixODBC-dev package as well as unixODBC package on fedora contain this symbolic link as libodbcinst.so . I'm wondering if we could include this symbolic link since it causes our ODBC drivers to not work when using this package.
