will new "udo" pkg work on Ubuntu 10.04

Hi my Clonezilla laptop running Ubuntu 10.04 is missing the "udo" package.
Will the newer packages work ?

Ubuntu 10.04 is not supported in any way. I suggest you wipe Lucid off and do a clean install of Trusty. Trusty is LTS and supported til April 2019
