upgrading ubuntu 10.04 to ubuntu studio 10.04

I have downloded ubuntustudio-10.04-alternate-i386.iso and tried to upgrade from ubundu 10.04 with that DVD. But when ever I give upgrade after inserting the DVD , it shows your system is up to date.... is it possible to upgrade with this DVD? Also I cant find out try without installing option in DVD... pls help me..

You can upgrade through synaptic, just type in the search box Ubuntustudio then select the parts you wish to install.
