I think one of the files were deleted out of the Ubuntu folder, the Local Disk (C) Ubuntu disk boot grub
The grub folder is empty. Is this an issue?

Hi ,

I think this might help you => https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot-Repair#A2nd_option_:_install_Boot-Repair_in_Ubuntu

Boot Repair is capable to fix wubi corrupted installations also .

First you must create a Live Ubuntu CD/DVD or USB and boot from there , then follow installation and run instructions on link.
.

About recovery from Ubuntu (wubi) through Windows , read here
http://askubuntu.com/questions/21264/how-to-open-wubis-disk-files-under-windows

Thanks
