I installed Magicjack and got this message
ERROR AUTORUNNING SOFTWARE
cannot find the autorun program

What should I do for Magicjack to work?

The short answer is that Magic Jack does not work on Ubuntu, nor on other Linux-based operating systems. Magic Jack officially does not support Ubuntu or Linux, and there has not been any community project to provide support.

The slightly longer answer is that, throughout the years, there have been ways people have proposed of trying to get Magic Jack to work. To the best of my knowledge, nobody has ever actually confirmed that any of them has worked. But if you search past questions here on Launchpad (and in the Ubuntu Forums) for Magic Jack (and MagicJack), you can review these discussions yourself.
