Package update ?

Hi,

I'm using this package for transmission-daemon.
I see that the latest stabel Transmission is 2.84 released in July 2014.

Is an update scheduled for this package ?

Sorry, I'm not used to Launchpad, and I see this has been updated for recent Ubuntu releases.

I'm running Ubuntu 14.04, is a backport possible ?

Thanks, this works for me.

Shouldn't we consider officially backporting it for LTS 14.04 since Transmission claims to have fixed vulnerailities in the latest releases ?
