How do i fix downloaded corrupted data?

i always get corrupted data when i download stuff and im wondering if theres a way to redownload and replace the specific corrupted data

The torrent protocol adds a tonne of error checking to the data you download. I suggest you report a bug if it is giving bad data as well as check your RAM
