Not yet. I believe there is a native version in the pipeline. You could pressure Steam into making one / hurrying up some by emailing them etc.
Counterstrike runs very well via wine. You could try adding the wine ppa but the appdb will tell you how to make it run better. You can also contact users on YouTube to ask them for recommended settings etc.
