when i am playing videos it shows that you need install python (v2.7) but i don't know how to install python (v2.7).

Should be already installed (I think). You could try : sudo apt-get install python2.7 In a terminal.

Try this from a terminal (CTRL+ALT+T)

    sudo apt-get install -y ubuntu-restricted-extras
    sudo apt-get install -f

after a successful installation, reboot your PC and see if everything work.
