totem package

open DVD folder from HDD drive?

I have successfully used Totem to play DVDs off the DVD-ROM Drive. However, I prefer ripping to my HDD and watching them from there. I have managed to use dvd:rip to rip the folders to my HDD, but I can't figure out how to tell Totem to play the 'disc' that is in my drive. Anyone knows how can I do this?

Is it an ISO rip? Or just all the files and folders?
If it's an ISO, you need to mount it I think.
If it's just a direct copy of the files, maybe you need to open the right file, I never tried in fact. I can give it a try tonight.

If I recall correctly totem was able to play ISO files directly.
