Tor not running properly on Ubuntu

Every time i try to use it is gives me this same error log, i have tried going on the terminal and entering sudo killall tor it does not help. If anyone has experienced this problem before or knows the solution I am all ears.

Apparently the access right settings on the files and directories for tor are not correct. As I am not using that program myself I cannot give details for a possible solution.
