lucidbleed downloads going wrong.

There are two programs of TOR GUI named Vidalia in the same download directory of Lucidbleed.
When I download one of this, I get two programs running at the same time.
Then I get a collision of this two GUI programs on my P.C.
A warning like "Could not bind 127.0.0.1 9050 Address already in use."Is TOR already running?"
Delete one program of GUI Controller for TOR could help.
