Why is Thunderbird not upgraded to the latest Version 68 on Bionic ?

I notice that while Mozilla Firefox packages are always on the latest version, the Thunderbird package is stuck at version 60. I would appreciate that Thunderbird upgrades in the same way as Firefox on Ubuntu LTS versions.

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner than later
