Importing .WAB files

I am backing up all files from from Parker Bell to External Hard Drive, so that I can install Ubuntu 11.10

Most item can be opened OK on My Ubuntu PC

But not Outlook Address file and Telephone Number List which are
.WAB files

Please can anyone advise how to import or copy these to Thunderbird or Evolution
