missing thunderbird 3.1 package in maverick

Will there be an upgrade for Thunderbird to version 3.1? In official repository for maverick is only old v3.0.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-mozilla-daily/ppa; sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install thunderbird-3.1
