14.04 to 16.04 upgrade failed, The upgrade has abored, Your system could be in an unstable state.A recovery will run now (dpkg -configure -a)

Gettign this error during upgrade , kindly let me know fix for this

Can you drop to root recovery console and run:

mount -o remount,rw /
apt-get -f install
reboot
