Homed not available in latest focal systemd package

I was going to test if it's possible to create users with homectl, but it seems that homed is not included in the systemd package in the repo. It should be under /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-homed, but there isn't anything like that. Is it a bug or was it intentionally not included?

I assume that this homed concept is far too new that Ubuntu would already implement it Ubuntu 20.04.

There once was a statement, that nothing critical should be introduced in an LTS release, that wasn't already implemented in a non-LTS release before.
