I could not install the third party software

Hello Support,

Thanks for the the my last answer.

I am very happy it is the very fast response.

I have an issue and the issue is before some times I was install a third party software (Arkeia software) it is based on linux platform but I could not install this software actually this software is only for backup (Server and Client) I need to know how it is install this software in linux operating system and how to access them on web interface. I am give all the information about this software see the below. Please give the resolution as soon as possible
