configure: error: LDB header files are not installed

HEllo, Im trying to install sshd from source https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sssd/2.8.1-1ubuntu1, however I see there is an issue with:

despite the fact I installed already all ldb packages and even samba to be sure, the error persists:

ldb-tools/lunar,now 2:2.6.1+samba4.17.3+dfsg-3ubuntu1 amd64 [installed]
libldb-dev/lunar,now 2:2.6.1+samba4.17.3+dfsg-3ubuntu1 amd64 [installed]
libldb2/lunar,now 2:2.6.1+samba4.17.3+dfsg-3ubuntu1 amd64 [installed,automatic]
python3-ldb-dev/lunar,now 2:2.6.1+samba4.17.3+dfsg-3ubuntu1 amd64 [installed]
python3-ldb/lunar,now 2:2.6.1+samba4.17.3+dfsg-3ubuntu1 amd64 [installed,automatic]

so right now I'm stuck with this particular library and couldn't proceed.

os is Ubuntu 23.04.

Does anyone now how to solve it?
