Update LibSRT to 1.5.3

Hello,

The latest version of libSRT was released last week and is 1.5.3, which contains many bug fixes. Please update the repos to this version.

In addition you have to be aware that Ubuntu is copying packages from Debian, and according to https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/srt work in Debian has already been started today, but there is no package with version 1.5.3 yet.

If the bugs that are fixed with the new version are significant, then please create a bug report with the details.
