Is there a reason why this isn't on the newest version?

Just curious why this package ins't on the newest version (1.2.0) like it is for jaunty.

sorry i saw the catagory late.
i've noticed that on alot of packages.
my conclusion is that
a- it's not tested yet.
b- it broke something in the system when testing and they haven't figured it out yet.
or
c- they haven't gotten around to testing that version yet.
