How to join cd tracks like in iTunes?

In iTunes you have the ability to join CD tracks on your Audio CD and import the CD as a single MP3 file. Is there such a feature or workaround possible for sound-juicer?

My work around would be to use audacity (installed via Synaptic package) then impor all the mp3 to it then add each one of them to the end of each track and export it as a single one
