how to load and play songs from my Shuffle in Sound-juicer

I cannot get sound juicer to recognize my Shuffle in the USB port -
how do I both load, and then play, songs from my Shuffle using
sound juicer?

Sound Juicer is not designed to play songs off of an iPod. It's only a CD player. To play the songs off your iPod, try using RhythmBox.
