how to pick new domain name?

hi if possible i will pick domain name: zibnic400

"domain name: zibnic400"

"zibnic400" is not a valid domain name.
A domain name has to contain at least two parts, the last one of them being the top level domain name (e.g. .com or .org, or a country code). see e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_name
