my system wants to repor a problem

I cannot authenticate anything including sending report because I tryed to change my very first password, which was a common
user password, when I tried to create a "super user" new password.

I am persuaded that there was a malfunction from the first atempt, but maybe I'm wrong because this is the first time I work
with Ubuntu, and I know nothing about programming
