eset nod 32 ANSTALATION PROBLEM

Please could somebody please help me with the following error code.

Ubuntu gave me this error code

Please install the following files or packages: /usr/lib/gconv/UTF-16.so

After I had tried to Install Nod32 for ubuntu

Not an Ubuntu error

If you have a problem with foreign software, then you should start asking there
